The contract was clear and concise, and Shane brought years of experience as a contractor and as a horseman as well. The onsite project manager was Bryan Rubenstein. Not only was he skilled equipment operator, he understood the engineering elements required to ensure a perfect arena. The quality of materials, the appearance and construction are second to none.
